Scott Brown DOES NOT CARE

Voters of Massachusetts, do not be deceived! Though he may try to fog your view with niceties, Scott Brown is full of the miserable, high-minded, selfish indifference which oozes so readily from the callous, cold and withered heart of Teabaggery:

  • "One month after the September 11th attacks, Scott Brown was one of only three Massachusetts State Representatives to vote against a bill to provide financial assistance to Red Cross workers who had volunteered with 9/11 recovery efforts, we've learned. The Brown campaign acknowledged the vote to us, claiming the measure would have taxed already-strained state finances." source
  • "In 2005, Brown sponsored a legislative amendment that would have allowed medical personnel to deny emergency contraception to rape victims if it 'conflicts with a sincerely held religious belief.'" source
  • He has promised to vote against the bill which ensures that 95% of American citizens will have health coverage of some kind. source
If he doesn't care about 9/11 workers, rape victims, and American citizens without health insurance, what makes you think he will really care about you? He is not concerned with the Commonwealth. He is concerned with personal wealth. The survival of American insurance companies matters more to him than the survival of American citizens!

Keep the Hope for Change Alive. Vote for Martha Coakley for U. S. Senate.

CORRECTION: In one of his first votes as a Senator, Scott Brown voted with Democrats to close discussion of the jobs bill, paving the way for the bill's passage. I take this to mean that Scott Brown does care - about his reelection.
